I had the opportunity to work alongside Rosie Hardy as her second shooter. My day started off at 4 in the morning, but I was pretty excited (and had coffee), so I was ready for the day. I covered the groom’s prep while Rosie did the bride’s, so getting to see the bride for me was almost as big of a suspense as it was for the Graham.
Wheee yellow ties, navy Topshop socks and Converses! You can know by now that Graham’s not your ordinary groom. He even planned a surprise horse and carriage pickup for Cat, while she’s been told that she would be getting into a car!
And I finally got to see the bride! Cat is absolutely gorgeous!!! She looked like a princess who came out from some classic fairytale! Love. Her. Dress.
There was also a photobooth, with funky props and everything – the whole thing was Cat’s idea. Graham and Cat are such lovely lovely people, and I felt so pleased to be there for their wedding.
I’d like to say congratulations, Cat and Graham! May you guys have the best things in life and stay happy forever! Here’s a last photo before Rosie had to speedy gonzales me back to Manchester to catch the last train to Nottingham! THANK YOU ROSIE, for taking care of me and everything! Definitely had a great experience, I’m still nervous inside but I think I feel way more confident and ready to shoot more weddings now!
Here’s a link to more photos, on our facebook page. Enjoy!
